Individual Therapy

At Epios Therapy, we provide individual telehealth therapy which is a one-on-one process where a trained therapist collaborates with a client to address emotional, psychological, and behavioral challenges, and work towards personal growth, healing, and improved mental well-being over a video platform.

Steps To Get Started:

Free cONSULTATION

The first step in starting therapy is a 15 minute phone consultation where a licensed therapist will explore what you are looking to gain by engaging in therapy to ensure we can meet those needs.

INTAKE FORMS

Secondly, if both client and therapist feels as if it would be a good fit, it is then time to fill out the intake forms where you will relay your insurance information and be given information such as our practice policies.

First vIDEO session

Once all of the clerical work is taken care of, the actual work can begin! You will be matched with therapist who's experience aligns with your needs and then it's time for your first telehealth session!

Family Sessions

Family counseling can be essential when families encounter conflicts, tensions, or transitions that strain their relationships and well-being. Issues such as unresolved conflicts, communication breakdowns, parenting challenges, substance abuse, mental health concerns, or major life changes like divorce or relocation can profoundly impact family dynamics. These challenges often lead to feelings of frustration, resentment, or alienation among family members.

Family counseling offers a supportive environment where everyone’s perspectives are heard, and constructive strategies are developed to address underlying issues. A trained therapist can help families improve communication, rebuild trust, set boundaries, and strengthen connections. By working collaboratively in therapy sessions, families can learn to navigate challenges more effectively, enhance understanding and empathy, and foster a healthier and more harmonious family environment.
